1. Strict No Return/Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns with skincare products:

  • All sales are final – We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Change of mind or wrong product selection.

    • Minor product variations (e.g., color/texture differences).

    • Opened or used items (even if sealed was broken once).

2. Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only)

We replace items strictly if:
✅ Received damaged/defective (report within 48 hours with unboxing video + images at COSMOHABIT24@GMAIL.COM).
✅ Wrong item shipped (verified by our team).
Note: Replacement subject to stock availability.

3. Process for Eligible Cases

  1. Email Us: Provide order ID, images, and issue details within 48 hours.

  2. Verification: Our team will respond in 3-5 business days.

  3. Resolution: Approved cases will receive a replacement (no cash refunds).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Freebies/gift items.

  • Sale/discounted items (marked "Final Sale").

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customer bears return shipping fees (if applicable).

  • Replacement shipping is free.
